We will only contact you in regards to offers from our partners, if you have asked us to.  Spam emails, junk mail and unsolicited telephone calls will not result from our services.

Whilst errors and mistakes will be tolerated, abuse of our services will lead to legal action being taken.

You assign the ownership of all donated items to us. Whilst we may be able to recover mistaken donations, this is highly unlikely if it has been over four hours from collection. All items donated must be your property, or you must have permission from the owner to donate them. From a legal perspective, your donations are of no value, and are considered waste product(s).

We will never give or sell your details to a third party.
